Registration fees

For the inclusion of an accepted paper in the congress proceeding, at least one author of the paper must register for the congress and pay the fee before the deadline.

Authors may present only one additional paper against 150€ (for Tunisian Universities: 150 TND) as supplementary fee.

The maximum number of pages per paper is six (6). You may purchase up to two extra pages per paper at additional fee of 50€ (for Tunisia Universities: 50 TND) per page/per paper.

A discount of 150€ is offered for Phd students from Maghreb countries (Algeria, Libya, Morocco and Mauritania) for cash registrations only- This discount must be approved before the conference by IREC: A scanned copy of the student official document should be sent to <info@irec-conference.com> before September 25^th, 2021 (not to be presented at the registration desk).

You may register to attend the conference either to present papers or as audience. Also, the registration may be with or without accommodation.

With Accommodation

The registration fee covers all conference materials and hotel full boarding in double room (shared with another participant) during three nights (Arriving October 25^th after 14:00, departing 28^th before 12:00).

On-Site Registration (After the online registration you can make payment onsite at the Hotel)

Pay full amount without any deduction and all bank charge paid by beneficiary. Payments can’t be refunded. Please send a scanned copy of the payment Banking Transfer Order to info@irec-conference.com
